SHIPPING AND RETURN
Orders placed Monday – Friday before noon (12PM) CST will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. This excludes holidays. Orders that are placed after noon (12PM) CST are processed the following day. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Ppippilong is not responsible for any delays in domestic or international shipping.
Domestic Shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 1-2 weeks
Express Shipping: Around 1 week
The receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties.
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please make sure to check our size charts before purchasing! For defective items, once we receive the return we will give the returned product amount and shipping price in store credit or a refund.

Ppippilong order-related issues require the use of your telephone number and/or email address. We do not use your telephone number or email address for marketing purposes. We also need to provide your name and address to shipping companies such as UPS or USPS in order to ship and track merchandise. We do not allow UPS, USPS or any other shipping companies to use your personal information on any occasion for any purpose other than for shipping and tracking.
